This Little Light of Mine

This week lets give attention to our Hearts Flame.  What condition is it in?  How does it feel?  What does it need?  Together lets each grow it, show it, shelter when needed, and shine it.  Lets do this in honor of the passing of two great Lights, Angeles Arrien and Maya Angelou. Two women who taught many to "rise and shine."
